During the 「ようこそ異世界！」ファン感謝 (Welcome to Isekai! Fan Thanksgiving) event which was held on 5th October 2019, new characters and a release month were announced for the upcoming second season.
You did not see wrongly, Naofumi and his party will be joining the chibi series!
The newly released visual reveals the deformed versions of Naofumi, Filo and Raphtalia.
They are… so cute, aren’t they?!
Furthermore, it was also announced that the second season is slated for January 2020.
