Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister is coming to ANIPLUS this October!
Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister is based on the romantic comedy Japanese manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Marcey Naito, who served as as the assistant artist for The Quintessential Quintuplets.
Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister was originally published as a one-shot in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in December 2020, before beginning serialization in the same magazine in April 2021.

Uryu Kamihate is a high school student aiming to get into Kyoto University’s medical school. Having grown up in a children’s welfare facility, he is taken in by the head priest of the Amagami Shrine in Kyoto and starts living there as a guest.
What awaits him there is the time he will spend living with three shrine maiden sisters—Yae, Yuna, and Asahi! Furthermore, the condition for his stay is to “marry one of the sisters and inherit the shrine”!?
Faced with the matchmaking with the three sisters and various trials befalling Amagami Shrine, can Uryu overcome it all?
This is a miraculous romantic comedy woven with the shrine maidens under one roof!
The opening theme song “”Yawaku Koishite ~Zutto Bokura de Iraremasu You ni~”, will be performed by Momoiro Clover Z, while the ending theme song is “Kimi ni Koi wo Musunde”, performed by Sumire Uesaka, Kaede Hondo and Shion Wakayama as the three Amagami sisters.
