What if I told you, that everything started when a young girl of Six years old asked her parents to have her name changed to "Kikyo" from the anime Inuyasha? What if, before all that, this girl would flair up in the most amusing ways upon watching Chinese or Japanese films and animations as a toddler leaving her relatives utterly mystified on why she would laugh at an unknown language? This girl, well, it's me. At a young age, I had loved anime, drawing and exotic cultures most especially the one's of Japan. It was an odd thing but having these thoughts helped me as a child greatly. Despite the constant bullying, anime was not just some "thing" I liked but to me it was a way to cope, it fueled my imagination and helped me in so many things. It introduced me to so much experiences and people. Anime may be some weird thing, but for some people.. It brings them out of their shell. It helps them and maybe.. shapes people's goals for the future.
