Have you found the meaning of anime in your life?

Have you ever wondered what is Anime for you?    Here's my story.  I think I'm friendly enough to be friend with anyone, and I will do anything to make friends so that I won't be left alone.  I used to think that as long as I have money, I can "buy friends".  As long as I'm with those who are popular, I will be popular too.  As long as I smile to whatever happens, I won't be left out.  But, I gradually changed, after I met Anime.    Anime isn't just an animation. Anime has changed my life. Mostly, in a better way.  When I used to think I can buy friends, now I know those friends aren't truly my friends. I learned it  from Anime.  When I used to think I will be popular just like others, now I know I won't make it without my own effort. I learned it from Anime.  When I used to think I will smile whatever happens, now I have Anime to help me express my feelings, whether it's a smile, or some tears.    Some people say, experience is the best teacher in life.  While for me, Anime is.
